Your Role as Director of Marketing Analytics at Chime

Chime is looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead and scale their Marketing Analytics function during a critical phase of growth. In this role, you will set the vision for how marketing analytics drives business strategy.  You will lead a high-performing team using descriptive analytics, modeling, and experimentation to advise Marketing and Executive leadership on where and how to invest for maximum impact.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $188,000 and up to $260,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and your level of experience.

Responsibility

  1. Drive business outcomes.  This role is critical for the Growth of the organization, this team is meant to deliver outcomes not academic analyses that will sit on a shelf

     

  2. Set and implement the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics team

     

  3. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketing analysts, fostering high standards for technical rigor and business impact

     

  4. Prioritize the team’s work.  Improve the team’s processes using AI.

     

  5. Own the company’s marketing reporting and analysis for paid, owned, and integrated channels, and for performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and LTV

     

  6. Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools that improve marketing velocity and accountability

     

  7. Use MMM, experimental, and quasi-experimental methodologies to estimate incremental impact
  8. Translate complex analyses into clear and persuasive executive-level recommendations.  Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership to inform budget allocation and investment strategy.

Eligibility

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or a related quantitative field, with 8+ years in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company

     

  • A results-oriented mindset with a bias toward action, clarity, and high standards

     

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional executives

     

  • A demonstrated record of using data to drive measurable business impact in a consumer-facing marketing team.  Experience with brand and performance marketing and how marketing teams operate those functions

     

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams, with a track record of elevating talent and building strong culture

     

  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, including attribution modeling, media mix modeling, causal inference, customer lifetime value modeling

     

  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large-scale data warehouses

     

  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI); experience improving data accessibility across organizations
  • Strong statistical foundation (e.g., hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, experimental design), experience with Python.

In this role as a Senior Machine Learning Platform Engineer, you will build and scale core platform capabilities for model management and serving infrastructure while creating seamless integrations with the ML frameworks that Apple’s teams depend on. You will work closely with ML engineers to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and build platform features that multiply their productivity.

You will collaborate with teams building customer-facing ML features across iOS, macOS, and other Apple platforms, as well as compute infrastructure teams and ML framework owners. Your platform work directly enables the ML innovations that millions of customers experience daily. Minimum Qualification For This Role at Apple:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development skills and platform engineering mindset
  • Deep proficiency in Python with proven experience designing SDKs, libraries, and APIs for technical users
  • Experience integrating with complex ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, HuggingFace) and building production-grade backend services (REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, databases)
  • Track record of building end-to-end workflows that span multiple systems and teams, navigating complex technical landscapes to deliver pragmatic solutions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to understand diverse stakeholder needs, technical requirements, and articulate design decisions across ML engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.

Preferred Qualification For This Role at Apple:

  • Experience with model serving systems (vLLM, Ray Serve, TorchServe, TensorRT) or inference optimization
  • Contributions to open-source ML frameworks, tools, or libraries
  • Understanding of distributed training, model parallelism, and large-scale ML workflows.

Salary & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of their total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,300 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Requirement

  • A strong empathy for the users of the products you create.

Your Responsibilities When Employed

  1. Take escalated consumer calls regarding their Equifax credit report.
  2. Address consumers questions or concerns and to ensure the accuracy of their credit file
  3. Provide support and education regarding credit information, credit file interpretations and Equifax products
  4. Research customer requests for disputed items, duplicate, collection and outdated information, in addition to any other specific items requested by the client.
  5. Provide excellent customer service for all consumer telephone or written requests for disclosure and dispute
  6. Perform verifications of any information maintained on the credit file
  7. Take escalated consumer calls from Equifax or outsource locations
  8. Recommend changes or additions to existing consumer service policies, practices, or procedures
  9. Accurately document details of accessing consumer files and completing consumer’s request
  10. Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of quality, adherence, productivity and customer satisfaction
  11. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  12. Be an active member on a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact with our consumers, in a highly collaborative and supportive environment
  13. Back-up to other Equifax or outsourcing locations in regards to consumer contacts
  14. Pay is $21.50 an hour the Work Hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm.

Experience Required

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • 2-3 Experience supporting customers via phone, online, chat or in-person
  • Available to attend 6 weeks of training on a fixed schedule
  • Ability to be dependable for work schedule, and work on-site 5 days a week.
